Kristel Smith

BACKGROUND
Born and raised in a small town in southwestern Pennsylvania, a city of much poverty and high unemployment, things did not come easy to the residents. Kristel soon learned that if she wanted to succeed in life, it was going to take hard work and determination. She started working at the age of 16 as a waitress. Through that job (believe it or not), she realized that she really enjoyed working with people.
She became an Ohio resident her sophomore year of college when she transferred from Penn State University to Ohio State. Go Bucks! Coming from a small town, moving to Columbus was exciting and she quickly grew to love this city. It had so much opportunity and excitement. Once she graduated with her BA in Communications, she was immediately presented with an opportunity to pursue a career in marketing and public relations at the Wexner Center for the Arts, which she gladly accepted.
The real estate industry had long been an interest of hers, and it wasn't until her husband and she sold their first home and purchased their second home, before she realized her ultimate passion and drive for the business. But above her passion for the field of real estate is her passion for working with and helping people. That was one of her main motivations when deciding to go into this field. For Kristel, this career is more than just a way to make ends meet. It is about helping people achieve their goals and their dreams...thinking creatively to solve problems...and allowing people to feel as if they can put their trust in her to help them with what will probably be one of the biggest and most important purchases of their life. She wants her clients to feel as if one of the best decisions they ever made was to ask KRISTEL SMITH to assist them in the sale or purchase of their home. Give her an opportunity to show you the difference. She is a NO PRESSURE sales professional, so don’t hesitate to call her if you are the least bit interested in talking about real estate matters.
Currently, she resides in northern Westerville with her husband Shannon, son Drew, and daughter Kamryn. She is very active in her church where she has served as a volunteer youth leader with her husband for 8 years.
MISSION STATEMENT
"TO PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY SERVICE TO MY CLIENTS AS IF THEY WERE A PART OF MY OWN FAMILY, DEDICATED TO CONSISTENTLY EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS. AS A PERSON OF INTEGRITY, I AM COMMITTED TO CONDUCTING MY BUSINESS WITH THE HIGHEST ETHICAL STANDARDS ALLOWING MY CLIENTS TO FEEL AS IF THEY CAN PLACE THEIR TRUST AND CONFIDENCE IN ME AT ALL TIMES."

Emily Meacham
GENERAL
Although she was born and raised in middle Tennessee, she fell in love with Ohio on her first visit. She moved here in January of 1996 with her husband, who was born and raised in Westerville. After dangerously dabbling in the real estate market without a realtor, she realized the importance and necessity of using one. Her goal is to help Buyers and Sellers not only understand the “how to’s” of buying and selling, but to also educate them about the real estate industry and how it affects their lives.
EXPERIENCE
She began a great career as a Legal Assistant in 1991. Her experience in the legal arena has enhanced her skills and overview of the real estate industry. She has experience in the following areas of law: Construction, Real Estate, Corporate, Consumer, Bankruptcy, Contract, Estate & Probate and even Domestic law. Although she cannot lawfully give legal advice, she will be able to confidently and thoroughly represent her clients in any situation that may arise during real estate transactions.
LOCAL
She is very active in her church and in reaching out to the local community. She received a Community Service Award from the Columbus Board of Realtors in October of 2006 for her work as chairperson of the Sunshine Committee, based in Grace Chapel Community Church in Westerville. They bring in food and assistance to those who are hurting, have lost loved ones and are otherwise in need. She believes that, together, we can make a difference in the community by giving of ourselves.
MISSION STATEMENT
"MY ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO FACILITATE A SMOOTH AND ENJOYABLE REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION FOR MY CLIENTS, WHETHER THEY ARE BUYING OR SELLING; TO GO BEYOND NORMAL EXPECTATIONS OF MY CLIENTS AND MY BUSINESS ASSOCIATES; AND TO DO WHAT IS ETHICALLY RIGHT IN ALL BUSINESS SITUATIONS."

Caroline Reagh
BACKGROUND
Caroline Reagh has worn many different hats in her life. Inspired by her father, an All American football player for O.S.U, she became an athlete in several sports. As a member of the Ohio Track Club she was headed for the U.S. Women’s Olympic team at the age of 14. Caroline learned early in her life to perform her best under pressure. While committing to sports was an exciting and character building experience, Caroline realized that she was happiest communicating with the public and developing relationships with different people. She wanted to broaden her horizons after high school and see something of the world. Caroline did just that, and by "pounding the pavement" she became a successful international model and commercial actress, worked in Europe, and traveled the world.
In her career as a model, singer and commercial actress, she worked with clients on major ad campaigns and there was a lot of pressure to deliver a great performance. The clients’ reputations and money were at stake. She worked with all types of people, clients, and personalities with positive results.
After Caroline returned to Columbus to be near family, she finished her education at Ohio State with a B.A. in Art Education and Computer Graphics in 1988. Caroline and her husband owned and operated their own computer graphics company for five years where she handled design projects, marketing, and client services. "My clients were depending on me to give them exceptional results while meeting their goals and staying within and under budget."
While Caroline was raising her two children with her husband in Cincinnati, she owned and operated a shop specializing in mid century modern furniture, decoratives, and antiques.
Caroline purchased several homes and in the process became interested in remodeling, decorating, and staging homes for resale. She has worked as a stylist on both residential and commercial projects." I believe my design experience is value added as a real estate agent. I will find the most cost effective way to visually enhance your home for sale and/or determine the potential of a home for purchase."
MISSION
"It is my mission to be a real estate expert that my clients know they can rely on to deliver even in the most challenging circumstances. I want to develop good, fun working relationships and to understand and meet my clients needs. I will use state of the art marketing methods in the sale of homes and research in the purchase of a home. I expect my service to people to be memorable and remarkable."
